
Fall is here! And you will definitely “fall” for these pumpkin spice protein balls 😉
They literally take 5 minutes to put together. No equipment needed except your bowl and a spoon. They are low calorie, gluten free, high in protein and DELISH!
Ingredients (makes ~10 balls):
- 2 tbsp butter, softened or melted
- ¼ cup pumpkin purée
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 scoops Levels protein powder
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Enjoy: Store in the fridge and grab one whenever you need a quick, high-protein snack!
Mix: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until fully blended into a thick dough.
Chill: Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up the mixture.
Roll: Scoop out small portions and roll into about 10 bite-sized balls.
Set: Return the balls to the refrigerator for another 15 minutes to set.
