- Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until it’s smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix until well combined. Incorporate the protein powder and mix until you have a consistent dough.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips
- Scoop the dough into balls, about 5-6 portions.
- Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake:
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 7-9 minutes.
- The edges should be lightly set, but the centers may remain slightly soft.
Finish with Sea Salt:
- Remove the cookies from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt.
