These cookies are simple, easy, and packed with protein—but don’t let that fool you! They’re irresistibly gooey and delicious. I hope they blow your mind as much as they did mine!

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder approximately 30 grams
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tsp Sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions:

    Prepare the Banana Mixture:

    • Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until it’s smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix until well combined. Incorporate the protein powder and mix until you have a consistent dough.
    • Fold in the dark chocolate chips
    • Scoop the dough into balls, about 5-6 portions.
    • Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    Bake:

    • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 7-9 minutes.
    • The edges should be lightly set, but the centers may remain slightly soft.

    Finish with Sea Salt:

    • Remove the cookies from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt.

    Notes

    Tips:
    • Cooling: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
    • Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
