Instructions

Step 1: Make the Base Layer

    • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 1 scoop of protein powder, honey, and milk. Stir until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency. Add more milk, one teaspoon at a time, if needed to bring the mixture together.
    • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press the dough evenly into the bottom of the pan. Use your hands or the back of a spoon to smooth it out.
    • Place the pan in the freezer while you prepare the second layer.

Step 2: Make the Middle Layer

    • In the same bowl (no need to wash it), mix together applesauce, 1 scoop of protein powder, and PB Fit powder until smooth.
    • Remove the loaf pan from the freezer and spread this mixture evenly over the base layer.
    • Return the pan to the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Step 3: Make the Chocolate Topping

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 15-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
    • Pour the melted chocolate over the middle layer and spread it evenly with a spatula or spoon.
    • Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for added flavor.

    Step 4: Chill and Serve

    • Place the pan back in the freezer until the chocolate hardens (about 10–15 minutes).
    • Once set, remove from the pan using the parchment paper, slice into bars, and enjoy!

    Storage Tips

    • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a softer texture.
    • For a firmer texture, store in the freezer. Both options are delicious!
