1. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and protein together.

2. Roll 8 balls of the same size a place on a plate with parchment paper. (If too soft, place in the fridge for 15-30 min)

3. Use a fork to flatten each ball.

4. Place the plate in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to set cookies.

5. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or use double boiler to melt chocolate on it's own.

6. Dip half of each cookie into it. Freeze for 10-15 minutes and serve.
