- 1 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 scoop protein powder approximately 30 grams
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tsp Sea salt for topping (optional)
Prepare the Banana Mixture:
Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until it’s smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix until well combined. Incorporate the protein powder and mix until you have a consistent dough.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips
Scoop the dough into balls, about 5-6 portions.
Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
