🍫 Ingredients:

  • 8 graham crackers (divided)
  • 6 strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups reduced-fat Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Levels)
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for melting chocolate)

  1. Chop strawberries into small pieces; set aside.
  2. Arrange 4 graham crackers in a single layer on a baking dish.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between). Pour melted chocolate evenly over the graham crackers. Freeze for 5 minutes to set.
  4. In a bowl, mix Cool Whip, protein powder, and chopped strawberries until combined.
  5. Spread mixture over chilled chocolate layer. Top with remaining graham crackers, pressing gently.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Slice along graham cracker lines and enjoy!
