Description
Skip the overpriced, ultra-processed protein bars and make your own nutrient-packed version at home! These homemade protein bars are loaded with wholesome ingredients like oats, cottage cheese, trail mix, and honey—offering a balance of fiber, protein, and healthy fats to keep you full and energized. Unlike many store-bought bars that rely on artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and mystery ingredients, these bars are made with simple, real foods you can recognize and pronounce. Cottage cheese provides a high-quality protein and calcium boost, while oats support digestion and heart health. The nuts and seeds in your trail mix add satisfying crunch, natural vitamins, and anti-inflammatory fats. Plus, they’re way more affordable per serving than most protein bars you’ll find on shelves—without compromising taste or nutrition!
