  2. Fold in the dark chocolate chips
  3. Scoop the dough into balls, about 5-6 portions.
  4. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake:

  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 7-9 minutes.
  2. The edges should be lightly set, but the centers may remain slightly soft.

Finish with Sea Salt:

  1. Remove the cookies from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt.
