- ¼ cup oat flour
- 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon butter extract (or 1 teaspoon melted butter)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the dough. In a small bowl, combine the protein powder, oat flour, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, butter extract (or melted butter), and salt.
- Trust the process! Mix everything together thoroughly. At first, the mixture will look dry and crumbly, but keep mixing! As the ingredients combine, they’ll gradually come together into a soft cookie dough.
- Add the chocolate chips. Once the dough forms, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Enjoy! Grab a spoon and dig in! No baking required.

My Tips ❤️
- Be patient when mixing! It may look like it needs more liquid at first, but give it time before adding anything.
- Protein powders vary. If your dough is still too dry after mixing thoroughly, add a tiny splash of milk until it reaches your preferred consistency.
- For the best flavor: Butter extract gives that classic buttery cookie dough taste without adding extra fat, but real melted butter works beautifully too.
- Make it your own! Try mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, pumpkin ,or a pinch of cinnamon.
