  • cup Fairlife 2% reduced fat milk – ~40 cal 5g protein
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – ~120 cal 25g protein
  • Ice
  • 1 tsp beet root juice powder – ~10 cal 0g protein (varies slightly by brand)
  • 2 tbsp Chobani white chocolate raspberry creamer – 60 cal 0g protein

Instructions:

  • Shake or blend together coffee, milk, and protein powder until smooth.
