Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 10 chopped dates
  • 1.5 cup cottage cheese
  • *optional - If you are having trouble blending, add in a few splashes of milk
  • *optional - add 1 tbs honey or maple syrup if you like sweet

Instructions
 

  • Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  • Freeze in an airtight container for 2 hours.
  • Let thaw for 15 minutes or place on defrost in microwave before serving.
