Salted caramel ice cream
This ice cream will blow your mind. It's high in protein, loaded with probiotics and naturally sweetened. And tastes just like salted caramel ice cream.

Ingredients:
- 10 chopped dates
- 1.5 cup cottage cheese
- *optional - If you are having trouble blending, add in a few splashes of milk
- *optional - add 1 tbs honey or maple syrup if you like sweet
Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Freeze in an airtight container for 2 hours.
Let thaw for 15 minutes or place on defrost in microwave before serving.
